A breathing technique for the planet
The Breath project is a project led by four organizations from three different European countries (France, Slovenia, and Spain) which are linked to the fields of work of sustainable development, urban planning and territorial development, bio construction, and agriculture. And focused on ecological transitions.
The Breath project will develop 3 main project results which are, a Guide about the ecological transitions inspired by nature, including the research and studies carried out during the whole project life, 4 trainings about pedagogical methods, nature & agriculture, bio construction, and territorial metabolism, as well as a competency framework.
With project BREATH we want to bring together and strengthen connections with institutions, societies, entities and other like minded people who believe in nature based solutions and support ecological transition.
OUR OBJECTIVES : TO DEPLOY APPROACHES INSPIRED BY NATURE IN SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT, AGRICULTURE, BIO CONSTRUCTION AND TERRITORY DEVELOPMENT.
The general objective is the adoption of new concepts and techniques to facilitate global approaches to ecological transitions. The expected concrete results are as follows:
- Improved professional skills and practices, better relevance and effectiveness of projects
- Acceleration of the implementation of the fight against climate change
- Adoption of sustainable innovations encouraged by feedback from users
